Orders

Review the product prices, availability and final order total shown in Shopify checkout before placing your order. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can fulfill the order and contact you when needed.

Product pages and bottle labels provide ingredient and storage information. For Island Habanero, the shelf life is two years unopened. Shake well and refrigerate after opening.

Shipping and order help

We currently ship to California addresses only. Orders ship within 48 hours. This is our dispatch time; carrier delivery time is separate.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with information about the delay and the option to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with an item missing, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help with a refund or replacement.

For help, email backyardstandardfoods@gmail.com.

Wholesale inquiries

A wholesale inquiry requests information about carrying our products. It does not place an order. Any wholesale order and its commercial terms are arranged separately with us.

Stockist and other outside links

Find Locally identifies current or upcoming partners using the status shown on that page. Check availability with a stockist before visiting. Outside websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and privacy choices.

Our website frontend is built and hosted through Lovable. Shopify hosts our checkout and commerce services. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your interactions and purchases to provide these services, including enhanced features powered by Shopify Network Intelligence. Information you submit to these Shopify services is shared with Shopify and service providers that may be located in other countries.

Shopify's enhanced features use information about interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, including for customization, analytics and advertising. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy portal for its practices and available rights to opt out or object. Our website's Google Analytics choice does not control Shopify's separate processing.

For our merchant privacy choices, visit Shopify data-sharing choices. This is separate from the website's Google Analytics preference.
